*Toxic Towers* is a side-view high-rise management sim where building maintenance is only half the battle—the real hazard is the volatile people living inside it. 

Cross *The Sims* with *SimTower*, add a heavy dose of corporate pettiness, and you get a tower full of residents whose unhinged personalities dictate how every daily crisis unfolds.

* **G-A-M-E-R Personality Engine:** Residents operate on 5 core double-edged traits: **G**rit, **A**nxiety, **M**aturity, **E**go, and **R**age. High Ego drives ambition but triggers massive meltdowns over minor slights. Low Maturity leads to loud screaming matches, but clears stress instantly so they're fine by morning!

* **Spectator & Triggered Stories:** Watch daily automated drama unfold in real time. When a major event triggers, step in as a mediator—but beware: a resident’s personal flaws will **lock out** reasonable choices. If Dave’s Maturity is too low, you can’t tell him to wait for maintenance—he’s kicking the pipe *right now*.

* **Rich Side-View Aesthetics:** Rendered room interiors showcasing detailed, high-resolution side-profile architecture as your tower grows skyward.

* **Pure Emergent Chaos:** No stat is purely "good" or "bad." Balance quiet tenants who quietly burn out against noisy "venters" who cause mini-crises but never leave.
